Installation Guide

1. Check the physical dimension of the RAM chip. Foot print has to

be equal or larger than (length) 22 mm, (width) 8 mm, (height) 6 mm.

2. Remove thermal conductive double-sided tape from theheat sink.

3.Stick the heat sink onto the center of the chip.
